Barbara H. Fulp, CPA, PFS

is a summa cum laude graduate of High Point University. She has worked in public accounting since 1986. Her experience includes health care, as both a consultant and Medicare auditor of cost reimbursement, litigation support, including expert witness, PrimePlus services, estate and gift tax planning, financial and income tax planning, and advisor and partner to startup and maturing businesses which encompass diverse industries. She and her husband Tom enjoy spending time with family. Their son, Wake, is a competitive bicyclist and health enthusiast. He and his wife Beth and their son, Ryan live in Roanoke, VA. Barbara is as passionate about cycling as Tom is about fishing. Barbara takes seriously her duty to give back to the community through active and leadership involvement in many non-profit and service organizations, such as the Rotary Club, Winston-Salem Estate Planning Council, Wake Forest University Planned Giving Advisory Council, YMCA and her church.
